Production update!!!!

Meadow will be performing in a production this year.  The decision came last night after I received an email from Tulsa Ballet about an opportunity for the Creative Movement II students. The opportunity is one she will never forget.  I emailed the company that is offering the opportunity, and well this morning the news came that she needs to be at rehearsal THIS Saturday!!! She will be playing a clover. Her act consists of Horton, clovers, and the WHOs........ Can you guess the production?

New hair

Usually Meadow is having to use about 20 bobby pins in her to hair to hold her bun.

Thanks to pinterest I found a new way to form a bun for you. It is using dock with the toes cut out of it. Then I used 4 bobby pins to secure it to her head.

The first parent observation for the new year was this evening.

No Production

Meadow decided not to audition for The Nutcracker this year.  I am sad she is not going to do a production this winter, but I am glad that she made the decision herself.  Besides she just performed two productions in a row. Maybe she will want to audition in the spring for next summer production.  We shall see!!!!

New classes in session

Classes at Tulsa Ballet are now in session.  Meadow is taking Creative Movement II, and she was excited to Ms. Andrea as her teacher again.  On the first night of class, there was only five girls in attendance.  If the class remains this small, it will mean more individual work for each girl
